Who is CJ Conveyancing?
My name is Christine Jones and I am the licensee of Christine Jones Conveyancing.
My decision to commence my own conveyancing practise was driven by my experience of the industry, which was gained during 24 years of working for various legal practises in conveyancing and other aspects of law. I have a rural background and am active in the rural community which gives me a insight into buying and living in a rural area.
Christine Jones Conveyancing commenced practice in March 2005. Since then we have experienced a growing demand for our unique service, moving our office from Wallalong to Greenhills in January, 2011. We have state-of-the-art Conveyancing software and access to the latest property law updates and consumer info.
Our award winning conveyancing team consists of myself, a qualified Licensed Property Conveyancer and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division and Justice of the Peace.
Kylie Greenwood and Beverley Smith, also both licensed conveyancers and Justices of the Peace, 2 conveyancing support staff who are also justices of the peace and a casual bookkeeper. Between the team we have over 30 years of conveyancing experience. We carry professional indemnity and fidelity insurance. Our staff live locally and have vast knowledge of the local area and surrounds, another advantage when buying in an area that you as a buyer may not be familiar with.
We are able to assist you with buying, selling or transacting a property anywhere in New South Wales. We have past clients who live overseas and we have been able to co-ordinate the transaction on their behalf, without them having to return to Australia.
